Do guests need to download an app?
No. Tapping opens your menu straight in their phone's browser. Every stand also carries a QR code, so guests with older phones can simply scan instead — nobody gets left out.
Can I really start for free?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is required. You only pay when the trial ends, and you can pick the plan that fits your restaurant.
What happens if I change my prices?
Update the price once in your dashboard and every table sees the new price immediately. No reprinting, no stickers over old prices.
Do I have to buy the stands?
The stands and sticky cards are optional hardware, bought separately from your plan. You can start with just a QR code you print yourself, then add NFC hardware whenever you're ready.
How does the free year of Premium work?
Order 5 or more table devices — stands, sticky-card pairs, or a mix — and we activate a full year of Premium on your account at no extra cost. That's unlimited menu items and every feature for twelve months. After the year, you can renew to stay on Premium.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your menu stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for.
